Kaffarah (Penalty)

• A wild cow then penalty is one Cow

• A wild Gazelle or like then penalty will be Sheep, if not available then feeding the ten poor people, if not possible then keep Fasting (Sawm) for three days only.

• A wild hare, so penalty will be Sheep, if not available then feeding the ten poor people, if not possible then keep Fasting (Sawm) for three days only)

• A wild Donkey or like, so penalty will be cow, if not available then feeding thirty poor people, if not possible then keep Fasting (Sawm) for nine days

• A grazing livestock, so penalty will be a camel, if not available then feeding 750grams the sixty poor people or Camel, if not available then feeding 750grams the sixty poor people or keeping the Fast (Sawm) for eighteen days.

• A Sand grouse or like, so penalty will be A Lamb which has been weaned and feeds grass.

• A Sparrow or like, so penalty will be one mud of food.

• A Pigeon or like, so penalty will be a sheep.

• A Young one of Pigeon or like, so penalty will be a Lamb or young of the Goat

• Broken of Pigeon’s eggs, so penalty will be one Dirham or 3.456gms
